Testosterone therapy
(TTh)

Time to symptom improvement

Change takes time. Some symptoms of testosterone deficiency (TD) will take longer than others to improve.1 Patients may find it hard to hear that their symptoms won’t improve overnight, but setting realistic expectations with your patients can contribute to improved long-term compliance to TTh.2

The time required for TTh to improve symptoms of TD varies depending on the organ/system that is affected.1
